Renana Friedlich

Renana leads Ernst & Young’s Advanced Security Center (ASC) national incident response services and has more than twelve years of experience in information security. Over the last years, she led several breach investigations for global clients, developed multiple incident response plans, detected nation-state APT campaigns at fortune 500 clients, and facilitated tabletop and live-war game exercises. Prior to her current role, Renana established the incident response and forensic department within the Israeli Advanced Security Center and assisted various start-up companies in implementing forensic methodologies into their products. She also served in the Israeli intelligence corps for over seven years. Renana made multiple appearances in public conferences, including ISACA, ISSA, OWASP, EY’s annual risk management conference. She presented thought leadership at several universities including Stanford and University of Southern California (USC) where she serves as a member of the Information Technology Program Industrial Advisory Board.
